My first experience with royal was great, no pressure, quick service. After that good experience I decided to go back but my second experience wasn’t like the first. I was deceived and pressured into buyi quick service. After that good experience I decided to go back but my second experience wasn’t like the first. I was deceived and pressured into buying coverage only to find out was I told was covered (oil change) wasn’t really covered. When I talked to the person that helped me I was told I “misunderstood” what he said. Not sure how I could misunderstand that but ok if that’s how you conduct business I won’t be coming back a third time. More
