Service department is amazing, professional and does high quality work. The sales department is terrible. They are arrogant and lazy. The first time I just walked around looking at the cars for 1.5 hours and they completely ignored me. Not a single person approached me. The 2nd time I made an appointment and the salesman was lazy and didn’t bother to find out what I was looking for in car. He basically said to go to the Toyota website, build the car I want, print it out then drop it off when I’m ready to purchase. Oh and he made sure to tell me how many stacks of car deposits he has.
