Billy DeVries is a fantastic salesperson and professional. I got to know him in fall 2019 during my search for a 4runner. He was patient with me and worked with me as I put down a deposit for a professional. I got to know him in fall 2019 during my search for a 4runner. He was patient with me and worked with me as I put down a deposit for a 2020 4runner TRD Pro. In March 2020, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to walk away from the deal. I was unhappy about disappointing Billy but I know that he understood that I was under uncertainty with the economy. Fast forward to Dec. 2020, and I get a call from Billy asking me if I was interested in another 4runner which was set to arrive at the dealership in early Jan. I was stunned that after the disappointment with the first encounter that he still remembered me and kept in mind my interest in acquiring a new vehicle. I jumped on the opportunity and purchased one from him earlier this year. The transaction was smooth and without any pressure either from him or the finance staff. Billy is a good man and I will do business with him again. There is another Toyota purchase in the works for my daughter and Billy is the salesperson who I will contact. More
