I was nervous about getting an oil change and scheduled service on my car in the Covid era. Rudy Luther has always had outstanding customer service and perform quality work on my car. Now they offer vehicle pick-up and drop-off for a service appointment. They have an incredible process and it went so smoothly. Misha was the driver who came to get my car. He is so thoughtful and kind. I received a notice call that he was on his way, and he arrived exactly on time. He had a mask and gloves, and carried a caddy with cleaning supplies. My car was returned much sooner than I expected, Misha again let me know he was on his way and once he arrived. I came out and he was wiping down the entire area of the driver’s side, cleaned my keys with Clorox while he wore a glove. My car had great service, it was washed and looks nice and I had a perfect interaction with Misha. I still can’t believe I didn’t have to drive there and sit and wait! More

The dealership was attractive and the staff was friendly. Jordan Lee was very helpful and effectively directed to where we needed to go. Perhaps because of this, Victoria's time to help us with the car was limited thought she was helpful and courteous. We are from 3 1/2 hours away and it was getting late. My wife's emails still seem to be going into Victoria's junk mail as it was during some of the process. More
