Sales Service was fantastic. Trade In value on Toyota Sienna was better than expected. Salesperson Nettie was a great teacher in showing how the Highlander operates. General Manager Mark Beithon insured that all transactions were completed in a timely manner. He even discovered a refund on my previous vehicle's extended warranty. Excellent Service!! My 2012 Toyota RAV4 was picked up by Misha Supica and taken in for service to Rudy Luther Toyota. All I had to do was handover the keys! Kevin Rudi a My 2012 Toyota RAV4 was picked up by Misha Supica and taken in for service to Rudy Luther Toyota. All I had to do was handover the keys! Kevin Rudi at Toyota was my service manager and communicated with me and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. When the work was completed, I received my invoice and paid online. Misha returned my car to my driveway within 20 minutes of service completion and was very friendly and helpful. The oil change, tire rotation and complimentary car wash were all completed and he sanitized the interior of my vehicle AND my car keys before handing them back to me! Excellent service!! More
