There were a number of things that gave me a negative experience. I made an appointment on the phone for an oil change, recall work and tire rotation and was told that it would take about an hour. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it would be three hours because a large number of walk-ins had come. I was told my appointment was useless because it was all about walk-ins. I have been your customer for over 11 years and have never heard that before. I also would never have made that appointment 2 hours before another appointment. After 53 minutes, I received the video that my car was finished and they were wrapping up. About 40 minutes later. I went looking for my service tech. She was headed into the cashier office and when she saw me, she said she had my keys and would be right back. When I asked her why it took so long after the video, she said that paperwork and car wash took that long. If that is true, it is not a good business model. What I want to know is where was my car sitting for that extra 45 - 50 min. Was it stuck in car wash xxxx, or did the tech just forget about me? She has reached out to me with excuses, but never really acted sorry. She offered me a free pil change, but I already get them with my lease. The other day, my tire pressure light went on, and I went to another Honda dealer. I asked about my situation, and they assured me that, although they do take walk-ins, they honor appointments. I now live closer to the other dealer, but would be willing to drive a little further for good service. More
