The customer serve service rep was great. But the guy that has to work on my 2008, Honda Pilot did a lousy job, he took shortcuts, he did not completely evacuate the fluid for my power steeri But the guy that has to work on my 2008, Honda Pilot did a lousy job, he took shortcuts, he did not completely evacuate the fluid for my power steering system, he just removed the fluid from the reservoir and filled the reservoir, and then also he spilled power steering fluid on my passenger seat.
