Quick & Easy to Work With I walked into the dealership at 7:40pm on a Wednesday night and drove away with a car at 9:40pm (yes they close at 9pm). Lied to about a warranty issue I bought a new 2017 Grand Caravan from Dennis Cardinal, that's where the good news ends. 3 years later the paint on the hood is bubbling from the insi I bought a new 2017 Grand Caravan from Dennis Cardinal, that's where the good news ends. 3 years later the paint on the hood is bubbling from the inside out. I wish I would have written down the name of the person I spoke to. I was told because of the salt and brine on the roads in WI the warranty was voided and there's nothing Russ Darrow Kia could do t help. I called Lynch body shop in Burlington, (3 times farther from my house), I was told it's a common problem. Just stop in, they will take a couple pix, send them to Dodge. Usually about a week they will have a new hood. Drop it off over night, pick it up the next day. I didn't even buy the van from them. More

Didnt like the fact of waiting the 2days but i guess things happen sometimes. At the end i wasn't offered anything for my time being there such as free oil changes or anything for the wait.
