Finding a new vehicle can be very difficult. One must look past hundreds of vehicles till you find that special one. When you find that one, you usually get haggled by a car sales person. Sometimes even pushed onto a different vehicle. Heather from Russ Darrow Toyota had the exact opposite approach. Heather came over by me within 5 minutes of entering the premise and gently started asking what I was looking for. By the 10th minute I was out on a test drive. As I was pulling back up to the dealership she was already waiting for me at the door, ready to answer ANY kind of question. We sat down and she told me everything I would need to know as a first time car owner, making it a breeze! Thank you Heather! More
