I recently leased a new car from Rye, Suburu. I had been putting it off as I had a lot going on personally. Lauren Hirshowitz had contacted me to ask if I needed help looking for a car and after I had been putting it off as I had a lot going on personally. I did not make it easy for her as I had I was busy every day and she was always so understanding, patient courteous and most importantly kind. I was very impressed by her knowledge and her understanding of the leasing process. She made everything so easy, relaxing and fun! Yes I said fun. She is a very positive upbeat person and makes this process that is usually not so fun, exciting and a great experience. She never doubted I would get the car I wanted and never rushed me to make a decision. I don’t think I have ever had a better experience with Anyone selling me something in my life. Unfortunately, the service associates at Subaru Rye needs training for "putting the concerns of their clients first instead being concern for making a profit pre-work service assessment." For example, I had a low tire pressor sensor issue each time I went to Subaru Rye; they wanted to charge me $180 assessment and it took 4 visit before my low tire pressure light issue was addressed.
