I was informed by the Service Mgr. that a defective part in the interior of the car would not be fixed without a $155.00 service charge. The Mgr. informed me that the issue is a "comm that a defective part in the interior of the car would not be fixed without a $155.00 service charge. The Mgr. informed me that the issue is a "common occurance with my vehicle and Chrysler-Jeep is aware of the problem." The issue at hand is that the lower left plastic covering of the driver-side sear adjustments came loose. I was told "this is a result of normal wear and tear." This is absurd since the driver side seat adjustments are never moved. I am the sole driver of the vehicle and never have to adjust the seat. There is no "wear and tear at all." The vehicle is well under the mileage restrictions for the lease and is still under full warranty. Although, I am otherwise pleased with the performance of my vehicle and will lease another when my term ends, I sincerely doubt I will do business with Salerno-Duane again. More

2 hours later I asked what's the story w/ the car ?
