DO NOT BUY YOUR JEEP FROM SALERNO DUANE. This place is a full blown SCAM! I bought my Jeep and as part of the contract you receive 3 years of Jeep Wave Maintenance (tire rotation & oil chang This place is a full blown SCAM! I bought my Jeep and as part of the contract you receive 3 years of Jeep Wave Maintenance (tire rotation & oil change, see attached photo/document FROM JEEP!). However, by the time it came to the third year, they said they are not doing that anymore. I pointed out it was in the contract, on their website, and my salesperson, Boris Aguirre, had highlighted this feature to me several times at the sale. How could it be more clear than their own contract and their own website?!?!? They responded that no, they are not honoring the contract. I contacted the new service manager, Paul Bonilla, and he also highlighted they are no longer honoring the contract. The old service manager was very helpful and abided by the contract. I have a text from him that they owe us 3 years of Jeep Wave, but this is irrelevant to the new management. They do not honor their OWN contract. I have uploaded a photo & a document of their original description of Jeep Wave. DO NOT BUY YOUR JEEP FROM SALERNO DUANE. They take your money and then screw you. More
