I visited several Ford Websites and 5 Star Ford in Carrollton was my choice due to the fact that their response to my emails were very prompt and contact with Michael Krantz, my salesman was excellent. When I arrived at the dealership Mr. Krantz was waiting for me and he had the vehicle that I purchased ready to go. Paperwork took less than an hour and I was out the door with a nice deal. Straight forward/No games I found the car I wanted online and called the Louisville office who referred me to the Carrollton office where the car was on their lot. I went to see the car and drove it home. I don't mind buying a car when everything is above board. David Ruiz handled the paperwork. Years ago I heard a line… You can tell the tone of the man at the top by the person you made when you walk through the door. Everyone I encountered was helpful. I think the man at the top must be a great guy with his priorities in order because Oleg & David were great. I probably should've researched a little further because this car is heavier than the one I traded in and the gas mileage is not quite as good but bottom line I like the car and I don't know if it would've made any difference or not. And although I think this is my last car, if I were to buy another I go back to Sam Pack Ford. More
