What impressed me the most, however, is when the manager and I could not come to an agreement and I broke it to him that, "there was no deal", he was understanding and DID NOT try to shove a different car at me to make a sale. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this place. Also, during the finance part of things, Art Ontiveros was a great help. He was upfront about all the costs and explained everything in a way that could be easily understood. I was highly impressed by his level of professionalism and hope to someday work with these guys again. More
