Purchased Jeep Sahara at this dealership. Waited several months for ordered parts . Never completed my warranty claim in months but when my 36k mile warranty expired they were quick to commun Waited several months for ordered parts . I paid 72k for a Jeep and when I had isssues never did a manager contact me. Secondly during a service for my Ram 2500 an employee wrecked it so they had to keep it again for paint and body repair with no apology and never did a manager reach out. Horrible customer service once you buy a vehicle there they don’t care about you. More

I took your advertised price for a 2025 Jeep. Robert and Jalen wanted to increase the advertised price! Bad! Then they didn’t give me the $509 military discount and a few days after the sale t Robert and Jalen wanted to increase the advertised price! Bad! Then they didn’t give me the $509 military discount and a few days after the sale they wanted me to fill out the military discount form with a decrease in my sale price nor did they wanted to compensate me the $500. After the final sale Robert and Jalen told me to give high marks in this survey! Bad customer service all around! I would not recommend your dealership with this type of customer type dishonesty. After getting the run around from a different dealer, I gave these guys a call. We had the pleasure of working with Sam Houston. Not only is her name cool and very-on brand, but y’all… she does not play. You tell her what you want, and she will deliver. She’s thorough, empathetic, and professional. She got me and my family in and out with our new Wrangler within an hour, and that included signing with finance. The team also answered all my questions about the features of our Wrangler and showed me how to adjust the top - it’s our first! Manager came out to check on us and made sure we had a 5-star experience. This place takes the cake for the best dealership experience I’ve EVER had. The Jeep experience has redeemed itself - thank you Sam & team @ San Antonio Jeep! More
