Difficult to negotiate with. Hidden charges. Manager would not back up what salesperson promised. Did not receive adequate compensation considering the car had 600+ miles; that' Hidden charges. Do not appreciate that they did not provide an emergency inflation kit. In summary, they didn't accomodate my concerns where other dealers would have, in my experience. More
