I have a Mopar Maximum Care Plan, and I am entitled to rent a car, and this dealership put me in a merry-go-round and did not honor my entitlement to rent a car; I almost lost my job for no means of trans rent a car, and this dealership put me in a merry-go-round and did not honor my entitlement to rent a car; I almost lost my job for no means of transportation. I called Mopar, the dealership responsible for a rental cars, and asked how long it would take them to repair the truck. I will write an email to BBB to make sure this kind of behavior will not go unpunished. BTW, I called the service manager and left a message, and he or the operational manager did not reply.
