VERY disappointed in service experience @ SA Dodge. May 2020, SA Dodge replaced engine at a cost of over $9,000. May 2022 took Jeep in (check engine light on & running rough). Diagnosed as cylinder #2 May 2020, SA Dodge replaced engine at a cost of over $9,000. May 2022 took Jeep in (check engine light on & running rough). Diagnosed as cylinder #2 misfire. SA Dodge diagnosed bad PCM is causing the misfire. PCM replaced, said problem fixed. Picked up Jeep, check engine light came in 1st mile & returned to dealer. PCM didn't fix problem. SA Dodge kept Jeep for few days & couldn't duplicate problem. Went to pick up Jeep & the check engine light was on when they brought it up to me. Left if for 3rd time. They then found a wire harness damaged with multiple exposed wires causing shorts. They repaired wiring harness which has fixed the problem. I believe wire harness damage was due to the way engine was installed in 2020. SA Dodge refused to put old PCM back in or give me credit for the PCM. In addition, we agreed on $1,000 repair on timing cover leakage & was charged $2,075. SA Dodge offered $250 credit towards total $4,300 bill as compensation. I feel this was totally unacceptable & refused the $250. I have been in contact with Anthony, my service advisor, who has passed on my complaints. I have not heard from anyone since they offered $250. More

went in for an oil change and they cracked my oil pan. I had to wait 5 days for another to come in. They put me in a loaner. I waited almost three hours for them to tell me what they did. It took an inordinate amount of time to get the loaner. It seemed like no one was communicating with each other. It came across as very unprofessional. They even brought me the loaner with no license plate. They then went back and put the plate in the front of the loaner. Had to take it back to put it in the back. The plate expired in 2 days and had to go back to the dealership. Got a text on the fifth day that vehicle was ready. Went to pick up and they brought me someone else’s vehicle and handed me the remote. They had put the wrong remote in with my paperwork. My truck was still in the bay and they were working on it. When I got it back it was filthy. But it was very dusty on the inside like they had windows open the whole time in the bay. On the way home I noticed that all the quarters that I had in my console were missing. They STOLE my quarters. I talked to a manager Stefan Ferrell. He was very lukewarm about the whole thing but did offer me 2 free oil changes after my ram care oil changes expire. When I asked how he was gonna remember this in 18 mos he said I’m gonna send you the email right now after we hang up. Hours later he had not sent anything. I called and texted for two days. I asked to speak to his boss. Finally a simple email with I’ll honor two free oil changes arrived two days later. Stefan boss never called. This was horrible customer service and I’m told I will get a survey from dodge. It’s not gonna be favorable. Steer clear of the service department. Don’t waste your time taking your vehicle here. More

Went to get an issue repaired and after 2 weeks still no resolve. I've visited them 3 times and no one started work. Said they were awaiting approval and would call me before the end of the day to provide a resolve. I've visited them 3 times and no one started work. Said they were awaiting approval and would call me before the end of the day to provide an update and a week later no response. I've contacted the service supervisor and still no response. I took my vehicle to them 6 months prior for the same issue and they said it was repaired but when I brought it back in they said it was different parts. I'm no genius but it seems like it was the same issue and they are trying to charge me for it again. Lack up updates and action to perform the repair is unacceptable. Besides basic oil changes and tire rotation this is not the place to go. More

First let m start by saying my salesman did his best for me . So I traded in my previous Jeep for a newer pre-own Jeep …. Bad move on my part and I took full responsibility for not going brand new however I had two previous pre-owned vehicles with no issues as soon as I drive off . I bought it august 9th, took it back the next day for much much much needed alignment , why didn’t it already have one if they do a Service check prior? No windshield wiper fluid cap. I get my first Oil change October 4th 2021 and they told me that my coolant was empty and that they capped it for me but just wanted to give me a heads up to keep an eye on it. We went back to dealership October 9,2021 and they were busy and was told they will look at it (which I’m very thankful for was told no leaks so I watched it and coolant was Still reducing )we got picked up and spent all day waiting around) went back October 23 2022 after feeling hopeless wanting to trade it in I was 12,000+ upside down .not to mention my credit score shot down -37 points on October 1 with my previous well Fargo Jeep loan that I traded in also getting emails about a outstanding balance ? So did they not pay it off in time? getting less trade in value for than what I bought it for and was told I can bring it in the following week for a service that they would call me when I can take it by , 4 days later atill waiting after going in I get in my Jeep and it wouldn’t turn in , I had a bad dead battery .I Was late to work and had to find a ride , later that day after work I went to dealership they said they can buy it back I guess once sales manager looked at the numbers and realized how upside down I was and said nothing was documented, however I didn’t know it wasn’t considered an actual service nor was the alignment so nothing was documented. So I left my Jeep there for an actual service , having to find rides to work because they had no loaner cars available. So turned out it was my water pump that needed to be fixed and replaced and my battery was replaced as well . Cool. All this less than 90 days and felt like they weren’t trying to meet me halfway with the trade in tbh But now jan 1 I was told that my Jeep leaked oil on my family’s pavement they sent me a picture from my Jeep so I called today jan 3rd and they said if I drop it off this Thursday service wouldn’t start until the 13th, so I’m back to square 1 I have no transportation to work in the mean time so gotta figure out how to get this fixed ASAP , it’s now only been 4 1/2 months and yet another issue , as it is I can barely drive it as it shifts left and right , I have to take the access roads most days but all these issues on top of that , so I tried to trade it in today , salesman was super super awesome ,I said I just was a new cheaper vehicle , didnt even need to be a Jeep Wrangler , and I’m still upside down with prices higher than my Jeep Wrangler . I feel like I’m not being helped as a costumer who just wants something reliable at this point , prior to this Jeep I was not this much upside down with all the issues within less than 90 days I feel like I deserve to be met half way :( I feel so stuck . Salesman are great but I really feel robbed by the company . More
