I did not have a positive experience with John. What he told me about my car directly contradicted what other San Tan Ford staff told me. I would not do business with John, and I wouldn't recommend him to a friend. More

The dealership told us they would give us $6000. 00 for our trade in and when we were signing the papers it showed only $2000.00. We almost walked out but they changed their mind and told us they wo 00 for our trade in and when we were signing the papers it showed only $2000.00. We almost walked out but they changed their mind and told us they would give us that. They told us we should buy the extended warranty and we said we didn't want it. They charged us for it anyway. We are in the process of cancelling it now. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Typical old school bait and switch type dealer. They keep you waiting all afternoon with the hopes you'll just sign quickly.
