Mr. Jeff Ochs, Manager Internet Sales, did an outstanding job getting the right 2018 Ford Escape I wanted, setting up the test drive, and negotiated a price that I was compatible with. WOW!! Needless to say the excellent customer service skills didn’t stop there. Jeff Ochs then introduced me to Mr.Ted Steer, Finance Manager. Mr. Steer was so very easy to talk to. He had all of my financial values / calculations in order and the documentation prepared quickly. He had everything complete within about 15 minutes. I so appreciated his insights. What a neat guy. In the mean-time Jeff Ochs was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond. I have Parkinson's and it was very warm out, he took it upon himself and moved everything from my 2015 Ford Escape into my new 2018 Ford Escape. He put everything in the same exact place in the new car. All I can say is WOW!! He even remember the sunglasses. I was so impressed. San Tan Ford is a great place to buy your car. I know -- this is my third one! More
