I bought my used car from Toyota about 3 1/2 months ago. I had a 6000 mile warranty. I bought a 60000 mile warranty. The battery didn't last 6000 miles and apparently wasn't covered. Not happy. I was disappointed with the overall level of customer service from the AM staff, particularly Mark. After being asked to wait outside for my vehicle during pick-up, I stood there for nearly 15 minutes before another service mechanic informed me that my car had never been requested and assisted me himself. Additionally, the receptionist handling the rental car process was unwelcoming, which made the experience feel dismissive and off-putting; based on this visit, I’m reluctant in returning to this service department.
