I left feeling frustrated with the service. I had a coupon for $25 off per Axel for the brakes and I was only discounted for one Axel! My service writer Danny Camacho was claimed there was only one Axel which is wrong. Plus I had requested an oil change and the complimentary wash which said it ion the email and coupon and when I picked up my 4Runner at the end of the day (seemed last one of the last cars) only the brakes were completed. I dropped off my car at 7am! I had to call to ask if it was ready at 4:15pm because I still hadn’t heard from Danny and headaches just going call me. I didn’t feel appreciated for my business in the least. When I got my car no ne greeted me the plastic and paper left in it. I won’t be back. I’ll get my car serviced elsewhere! More
