All was good with a couple of exceptions: 1. Engineering Problems with my BZ are not resolved. 2. We tried your shuttle service and it was late and took too long. I live in Reno, NV, & choose to bring my Sienna to SC Toyota bc of the caring & professional staff. I am impressed w/SC Toyota & not w/the 2 dealerships where I live. Mark Maciel is the best & he has t Toyota bc of the caring & professional staff. I am impressed w/SC Toyota & not w/the 2 dealerships where I live. Mark Maciel is the best & he has taken care of me twice now. However, all staff have been great. My Sis & I both brought our Siennas in last Sunday. Bob was our driver.
