So this was the second service I have had on this brand new vehicle that I just bought from yall, I requested that my car be washed since it wasn't last time (seriously not a big deal but I did just buy th new vehicle that I just bought from yall, I requested that my car be washed since it wasn't last time (seriously not a big deal but I did just buy the car and paid for the services ahead of time and a bunch of extra warranties) and the guy said that he promised they would wash it this time- it wasn't, despite me bringing it up at drop off (9am) and my car took all day- I didn't get it til 4:45 and I didn't receive any updates. I had to call to find out what was going on. Poor customer service. More

Sergei was an excellent representative of Santa Cruz Toyota and helped answer all of our questions and concerns. Jason however was cold and condescending when discussing a deal for our Honda insight, fi Toyota and helped answer all of our questions and concerns. Jason however was cold and condescending when discussing a deal for our Honda insight, first the price of the vehicle online was different than what was posted at the dealership and when pointed out he made it seem like we negotiated that price when it was what was listed and then argued with us upon trying to negotiate a price from there. In the end we ended up having to raise our spending costs but Sergei helped sell us on our dream car. In the end I'm happy with the vehicle I got, I appreciated the customer service Sergei gave, very disappointed with Jason. More
