Mike was on the phone looking down, then as I approached he turned toward the wall, not even acknowledging my presence. 2 minutes later he hung up. I said I have an appointment, seemed very bored with my co he turned toward the wall, not even acknowledging my presence. 2 minutes later he hung up. I said I have an appointment, seemed very bored with my concerns about my car, and discounted my concerns ie the rearview mirror seems foggy. Mike said all you have to do is wipe off the lens. I said it is not the reverse view, but the rearview mirror. He just shook his head like I didn't know what I was talking about. It was improved but still foggy in spots. I had my husband standing behind the car and move his hand around to figure out where the lens was and cleaned the window (up high) to fix the problem myself. I also said we were having problems with the pre-set driver seat settings and asked if someone could help. Mike said it was necessary to have both fobs and husband present to set it up. When I picked up the car, I said I had everything for the seat settings up. Mike said they are bringing your car around, come get me when it is there. Who is the customer? Why should I have to go find him? He should have come out with us. His attitude was way below par! We left without our concerns being addressed. He did call my cell phone a few minutes after we left and asked what happened. I told him we decided it wasn't worth the wait so we left. For the price we paid for the Sequoia I would have thought the service would have been better! I don't want to work with Mike in the future! More
