Took over 5 hours to have them just change the oil. Brought it in at 9:00, was told 3 hours, went back at 1:00 and car hadn't been touched was #4 in line still. I didn't have a ride so had to wait. They did make it #2instead of #4 but still didn't get out of there til after 2:30 ish. I wish when I made appointment they would have given me a heads up. More

A bit frustrating due to an issue with disturbingly loud message alerts that didn't get addressed during the service appointment, which ran later than I expected and due to a time constraint I had to leave message alerts that didn't get addressed during the service appointment, which ran later than I expected and due to a time constraint I had to leave the car overnight. When I returned the next morning I was referred to a salesperson to see about the loud alert, who also couldn't solve the problem, then back to the service dept... where Cody diagnosed the issue and reset the sound options for me.
