The phone service staff got me the appt I wanted. Then Hunter and his team went above and beyond to give my 2008 Prius it's 100,000 service. Hunter stayed in touch with me as I needed to approve parts and repair of something unexpected they found. Incredibly, he was able to get the needed parts from San Jose and the car was ready end of day. When I drove home, my car's handling and connection to the road was like night and day. It was like a new car. I called Hunter when I got home to tell him how impressed and thrilled I was with the service. I told him I would request him and his team from every service going forward. He is a wonderful service manager and his team is the A team! Give him and his team all raises, praise, and recognition for their superior customer service and servicing of my car! More
