Horrible experience this time. It took almost 3 hours for an oil change ( I had to wait) and they charged an exorbitant amount. Also, I asked them to add window washer fluid and they told me it was done for an oil change ( I had to wait) and they charged an exorbitant amount. I could go on but I will chalk it up to the pandemic as in the past the service has been great. I didn’t even get the complimentary wash because that would have taken forever. More

Super service. Dropped off the Fiat 500e with Pedro for an inspection, he booked me an Uber to and from the office and I got the car back the same day in great shape.
