Had an appointment scheduled and when we walked in the door we were not greeted by anyone. Had to ask for help and even then they seemed annoyed to help. Finally got the keys to test drive but the agent d door we were not greeted by anyone. Had to ask for help and even then they seemed annoyed to help. Finally got the keys to test drive but the agent did not ask for our information. He just handed us the keys. The car was awesome and when we got back, we parked in front of the office and spent at least 20 minutes looking over the car. No one came out to ask if we needed help. We dropped the keys off and again no one asked how we like the car. We were so interested, we would have bought that car the same day. We left and no follow up whatsoever from the agent. We ended up the same car from another dealership that day due to their customer service. More
