I was surprised to receive multiple phone calls regarding my problem from both the Service Manager, Joe Clemens, as well as General Manager, Dave Walker. As I told Joe, I could not have been more impressed with the help and genuine concern I received from Dave. I have no affiliation with this dealership other than a typical customer but the Sapaugh staff has been a model for customer service as for as I'm concerned. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the years and, thanks to their service department, will continue to do so. More
Lies! Just had the transmission rebuilt for the 3rd time in 2 years after buying a Silverado from them. Customer service is nonexistent. Truck was under warranty but to get a dealer car to drive you have to call and leave message after message due to no returned phone calls. Their excuse is they are super busy. I bet they are will all the crap vehicles they are selling and now repairing. They also have the nerve to ask if we pull a boat or trailer... umm... is a 4WD truck, if you are selling ones that can't pull stuff that's not my problem. Apparently it had a new transmission out in it a month before we bought it as well. Found that out yesterday when I got a copy of the service transactions. Save your money, time and sanity, go some where else!!! Dave Walker knows how to sweet talk you and turn things on you. He doesn't know how to return calls. More

Bait and Switch Will never return to this dealer. Inquired about the price of a vehicle online. I received an email with a picture of the vehicle I was intereste Will never return to this dealer. Inquired about the price of a vehicle online. I received an email with a picture of the vehicle I was interested in, a price, and an offer to come test drive the vehicle. I drove two hours to the dealer with the intention of purchasing the car. The women who emailed me was conveniently out of the office and a salesman told me there was no way to honor the price I was quoted. He brushed it off as an "honest mistake" and offered to show me another vehicle around the same price. Frankly this bait and switch sales strategy should be illegal. Some guy who "runs the dealership" said he would look into the situation only to have a sales manager offer to reimburse me for my gas. Wasting 4 hours of my life and being offered ten gallons of gas is insulting. I still am not convinced that this was a mistake but I'll never return to find out. More

Great deal I went in planning on buying a new vehicle. They had several pre-owned vehicles of the type I was looking for. The salesman showed me what they had available & let me decide if I wanted a new stripped down new vehicle or a pre-owned, loaded, low mileage vehicle that were about the same cost. More
Emergency repair of hub beaing We were on the first couple days of our two week vacation and in desperate need of repairs. The hub bearing had gone bad on my SRX Cadillac. I explained to Art, (the service manager) that we had a schedule and reservations to keep, he worked us in on that same morning and then had our repairs done in a matter of a couple of hours. They even shuttled us free of charge to a shopping mall about 15 miles away and then returned to pick us up after repairs were completed, and I will say at a very reasonable price. They even washed our car as a bonus perk for us at no cost. To top it all off they gave us a senior discount. This has to be the best service department anywhere. Thank you so much to Art and the rest of the service crew, you did a fantastic job and you all were extremely courteous and friendly. You saved us and we were able to make it to Galveston Island for our much needed stay on the beach. So very grateful that there are still people like this out there to help and assist those in trouble with kindness and expertise. Steve and Cathy Kemper More

not truthful Ben and Joe made promises then said it's not in writing so tough luck! bought or so I thought a new truck on line from Ben McFarland after two or thre Ben and Joe made promises then said it's not in writing so tough luck! bought or so I thought a new truck on line from Ben McFarland after two or three emails a quote was send which we verbally accepted and within an hour sent a wire transfer to Sapaugh account for the QUOTED amount which they received. spoke to them by phone while making the transfer to be sure EVERYTHING was ok. emailed the conformation from the bank to Sapaugh and booked a one way airplane ticket for the next day to get the truck. some 6 hours later received a call saying they didn't have the truck and was already sold. YEA RIGHT sold to someone else for more money! Now it gets better. Joe Clemens and I talk that evening, where he AGREES to make this right and find me a similar truck at the same deal. today I am told it's $5,000.00 more for same equipped unit!!! OH BTW they still have the wire transfer going on a week of almost $60,000.00 and I am out the $425 plane ticket. it's pretty simple to do the right thing on this deal! they chose not to!! More
