I always purchase my vehicles from Sapaugh and use their service department. Just disappointed in the decision not to transfer my 5 year service agreement to my 2024. I recently bought a used white 2022 Yukon Denali. The price of the car was very fair and the service I received while on site was good. However, I drove from WV to buy the vehicle. Prior to coming The price of the car was very fair and the service I received while on site was good. However, I drove from WV to buy the vehicle. Prior to coming I asked my dealer if the vehicle had been smoked in. I was told no. However, I was instantly able to detect smoke. In fact the previous owner must have smoked heavily as the cabin air filter was brown. With 4000 miles that does not occur naturally. I was very disappointed. I bought the vehicle anyway, because the price was competitive and the amount offered for my trade was fair. However. I incurred some substantial costs for having a professional attempt to remove the smoke smell. The vehicle is amazing. The price was good. My suspicion is that I was mislead. At the least a second person should have confirmed for me the smell before I drive 8 hours. More
