This was my second visit for an oil change of my 2021 Escalade. The service overall has been excellent with the exception of allowing the free car wash offer to take place. Big mistake! My interior was a Escalade. The service overall has been excellent with the exception of allowing the free car wash offer to take place. Big mistake! My interior was a mess from items moved around and not returned properly, the vehicle and the wheels (rims) were poorly cleaned. I will def will continue my vehicle service at this dealership, but will absolutely not go for the car wash offer again! More

Dina went above and beyond for me when I found myself suddenly in need of a new car.
