Outstanding Experience As soon as we entered the showroom we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. We told her that we were looking for a new car and she immediately di As soon as we entered the showroom we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. We told her that we were looking for a new car and she immediately directed us to Howie. Howie took some time to get to know us and what were we interested in. He then took us out to the lot and spent a great deal of time showing us cars that met our requirements...sometimes going back to the same car several times. Once we settled on a car, we went back to the showroom to discuss price. During our discussion we became a little confused as to what car we liked. Without hesitation, Howie took us back out to the lot to take another look. During the process to finalize the deal, Howie mentioned that my employer participated in a discount program. I would never have known this if he didn't tell me. The next day we returned to pick up the car. Howie spent well over an hour going over every feature, making sure that we were comfortable. This is the second time we leased a car with (our salesman) Howie Meadows. He is the most pleasant person and so knowledgeable about every detail regarding every model of cadillac.
