I was offered coffee and then greeted by Joe Mistretta. Joe reviewed what I needed done and assured me that my car would be inspected (oil change & tire rotation) within a short time. My ATS was delivered completely serviced and inspected in less than an hour. I closed out my order with Gerson Maldonado. He applied a promotional discount to offset the balance on my bill. I very much appreciate that additional discount. Overall, I am very satisfied with the team I dealt with at Sarant Cadillac’s Service Department.
