I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at Sarant Cadillac. I came in with a written online quote for tires—clearly priced and itemized, although the tires that I originally had a quote for we Sarant Cadillac. I came in with a written online quote for tires—clearly priced and itemized, although the tires that I originally had a quote for were not in stock I opted to purchase tires that were in stock. However the tires that I chose were sold to me at a higher price ( $330 per tire as opposed to $278.02 per tire) than what was quoted on the Cadillac app. Instead of honoring the online quote, the pricing was adjusted in a way that conveniently erased the value of the promotion by raising the tire cost to cover the difference. While I ultimately agreed to proceed, I can’t shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of. This dealer came highly recommended, and their online quote was the most competitive out of three local Cadillac dealers, which is why I chose them. Unfortunately, the experience I had with the service department fell far below expectations. As a first-time Cadillac owner, I hoped to build a long-term relationship with this dealership. Instead, I left feeling misled, disappointed, and questioning whether honesty and transparency are priorities here. I expected better from a Cadillac-certified service center. More
