Joseph Mistretta is always gregarious and professional. I brought my 2017 ATS in to Sarant Cadillac for unscheduled service. Joe welcomed me and assured me he would service my car and have it completed pro I brought my 2017 ATS in to Sarant Cadillac for unscheduled service. Joe welcomed me and assured me he would service my car and have it completed promptly. Joe had my car serviced and returned in a short period of time. Gerson Maldonado completed the closing paperwork and thanked me for bringing my car to Sarant Cadillac. He’s another great professional. As with all of my visits to Sarant service this was equally above PAR. I always feel like a valued Cadillac owner when visiting Sarant.
