I lease a fully loaded 2019 CTS-V "brand new" with 600 miles on it in October of 2019 for over $100k. This car is my daily driver and has had CONSTANT navigation, touch display and main infotainment issue miles on it in October of 2019 for over $100k. This car is my daily driver and has had CONSTANT navigation, touch display and main infotainment issues from day one to the point that those features on the car does not work at all at any given time. This issue along with suspension and other electronic issues STILL have not been fixed or corrected. This is VERY frustrating seeing how this is my daily means of transportation, sometimes my mothers as well and when we want / need to use those features on the car, we cannot. This is a HUGE time restraint and stressful situation to be in on a daily basis. The dealership, service department, sales department and parts department are VERY GREAT and VERY PROFESSIONAL / REASONABLE people to work with. Unfortunately whoever has been handling my car on the technician / valet side has not been taking care of or treating my concerns or the car with a dealership high quality level of treatment that is warranted from such a higher end car manufacturer. I personally used to work at two higher end / tier car manufacturer dealerships in the past and know this is NOT how a repeat customers car, concerns, time or money should be treated whatsoever. This is my second Cadillac from this dealership and I did not have any issues whatsoever with the first Car. It's safe to say this will be the last Cadillac I ever own. Katie and Joanna in the receptionist portion of the service department are very caring and professional individuals to work with and I am very satisfied with how they have helped me in the past with my frequent visits. This is literally my first review I have written for anything in my life and I hope it will be my last. It's sad that it has to come to this for my concerns, time, money and car to be treated better and taken more seriously in the future (hopefully). More
