No trumped up upcharges, fair trade-in value, clear cost sheet, etc. They didn't have the truck we wanted, but didn't pressure us to take something off their lot. I know they were running short of staff with Covid going on, but Shon worked to find us exactly what we were looking for, calling multiple dealers before finding one we wanted at a dealer willing to do a transfer.
