Words cannot describe how great Luis is to work with. After my brand new lease was totaled through a natural disaster, he was able to jump right in and work with me through the entire process of quickly After my brand new lease was totaled through a natural disaster, he was able to jump right in and work with me through the entire process of quickly finding a new car. He was able to keep me updated and was so responsive each time I reached out. His professionalism and kindness made a tough situation that much easier. Would recommend working with him a million times over! Brad in finance was also great to work with! He was a great advocate and was able to explain the ins and outs of everything from the loss of my previous car to the receipt of my new car. He stated that Savage aims to take care of their customers and my experience with Luis and Brad 100% confirms this! More
