Shopping for a vehicle. In need of a car, we began car shopping last Thursday, Nov 1st. Having good experiences with Sayville Ford and Smithtown Ford, we stopped into Sayvil In need of a car, we began car shopping last Thursday, Nov 1st. Having good experiences with Sayville Ford and Smithtown Ford, we stopped into Sayville on Friday afternoon, Nov 2nd. The experience was outstanding, from being greeted by the receptionist, who brought over the Sales Manager, Nick, who introduced us to Marianna, our Sales Person. Marianna was a pleasure to deal with. Not pushing or rushing. She listened to our need, what we were looking for and what we wanted to accomplish. With that, she/we explored the inventory. She found a beautiful, clean car, just what we were looking for. We checked it out, took it for a ride, asked a few questions and focused on the number. They moved a bit and we agreed. We closed the sale and drove the car home later that evening! Tom in Finance was wonderful as well. I have no reservations about recommending this dealership, Marianna, Nick and Tom! More
