Rob is really conscientious and knowledgeable and Brian got us great financing and thoroughly explained the financial end. We've dealt with Rob before and know he will be there to follow-up on any questions we have. Finally, the Schaller Acura service department's the best! Our prior Acuras each gave over 200,000 miles of great performance thanks in part to the service we received. Kudos to Dave, Brian, Joe, Jason and all the service department staff! More

Good experience, happy with our purchase We had a good experience with our salesperson, Rob Horton. He was available at the times we wanted to come in to test drive cars. He was very knowled We had a good experience with our salesperson, Rob Horton. He was available at the times we wanted to come in to test drive cars. He was very knowledgeable about the Acura and easy to work with. Took one star away because the paperwork process was very slow, we were in the office for hours getting it done, waiting for various other employees to come in and go over different aspects of the deal. We were initially charged for VIN etching which we didn't want so the paperwork had to be redone, taking more time. This left a little bit of a bad taste, but our overall experience was good. More
