I I was not happy with the van they sold me because it had been in a moderate front end collision and Had not disclosed the info. I asked for one in the dealership, and they said my salesperson would get it for me.'We got outside and just as I was leaving I remembered to ask my salesperson where is the carfax, which he said he would go back and get it. When I got home, I opened it up and was very upset. I called right way and told them I told them I did not want the van. He said he would speak to the owner. They said wait til next Thursday and when they went to auction they would find one with no accident. In the mean time I discovered paperwork for the prior owner who had problems right away with the van and returned it and got his money back. They "found" me a van that was way out of my price range, and said if I didn;t want they one the offer might go away because they never take anything back. Well, it was the second time they were taking back the same van in one month! The other party also had to upgrade. To add insult to injury, my car they gave me 8000.00 was put om line for 17, 995! I told them that I saw my car in the back of the parking lot and wanted it back, but he said it was already sold! I don't know how I am even going to pay for my new van other than to refi my house. I wish I had never gone there. I just don;t know what to believe from them. Whatever you do....make sure to ask for the carfax every time. They do not volunteer it. Probably typical, but I don't buy cars everyday. My feeling is that I made the mistake of trusting a used car salesman. I also believe it was a bait and switch which is why they tool the van back. More

I wasn't sure about Schoep at first, but Carmine really put the work in and helped us find a good deal and work with the financing. He was straightforward and I appreciate that.
