Bait and Switch I am currently selling my car privately because I know I won’t get much at a dealership. I received a call from Scott Clark Toyota saying they were in I am currently selling my car privately because I know I won’t get much at a dealership. I received a call from Scott Clark Toyota saying they were interested in buying my car. I explained to the man on the phone that I have another offer for $8250 and I am selling privately because every dealership that I had taken it too had quoted $5500 or less. I said if I drive all the way there and get a quote for that I will be angry. The rep assured me that they needed the car and would get me close to my asking as long as the car checked out. So I take off work and drive out to receive a quote for $4500. Wouldn’t be an issue except that I set clear expectations from that time they initially called me. He dealer rep said sorry. We don’t offer above KBB dealer trade in value. I wouldn’t be upset if I chose to come here for a quote but they called me. And gave me the lowest offer I have received to date. More

Great service! Marshall Moore did an excellent job of handling the service on my 2011 Toyota Avalon, which involved an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I like it that he double checked to make sure that the mechanic used the Mobil 1 full synthetic oil that I requested...since that is expensive oil! More

60,000 mi maintenance Crystal was awesome! A little disappointed that 2 service people were asked to help us and for some reason said no. The young lady trying to find som Crystal was awesome! A little disappointed that 2 service people were asked to help us and for some reason said no. The young lady trying to find someone was very nice and persistent in getting us in. Again Crystal did a great job. Explained everything she was going to do then at the end summarized her findings. We didn’t find out until we were there that our maintenance agreement had just expired. Would have been nice if the dealership had given us a heads up sooner so we didn’t have to pay the total cost.
