My 2022 Tundra had a recall on the engine. Billy introduced me to Matt, the manager of service. When I met him, he explained what would happen and provided me the time it would take to complete the work. He had a listening ear to another concern I had about plastic Toyota was using on parts of the seat, which everyone with a 2022 Tundra is aware of. When I picked up my vehicle that issue was taken care of also, to my surprise. I bought the vehicle in Texas but now live in the Carolinas and Scott Clark Toyota will be my go to for service moving forward. All my work was completed in a day and a half.
