My sales associate Michele Dargis was an absolute delight from the moment she met us at the door. We initially came in to test drive a Bronco Big Bend....to decide if we wanted to pursue this further with ou from the moment she met us at the door. Michele was very engaging and helpful while also asking all the right questions to see if she could help gain our business. We took the test drive and needed a few days to think and when we had left the price was a little out of budget. She was determined but with great manners and reached out to allow us open communication to get us where we needed to be to feel comfortable and she did it!!! Found a great opportunity for us and was a great sales person who was very warm and thoughtful, ultimately we could've went back to our other agent at another dealership but we just really enjoyed Michele.
