I am very satisfied with my experience. Assistant Service Manager Steve Gremaux kept me informed throughout the process. I purchased my vehicle in Decatur although I live in Madison. I called about service information. I spoke with Latonya. I had an issue after leaving the service department. I was an hour away and Brian helped me get to another dealership to get it resolved quickly.
