From contact to delivery the team at Serramonte Ford were friendly, very accommodating and made the lease turn in and purchase experience easy. Rodell and David did a great job and the amount of time we had to spend onsite was minimal and efficient. Comparing the finance experience at Serramonte versus Capitol Ford with my lease, Serramonte did a better job, but it still remains the one area where improvement can happen. There is too much pressure to sell the extended warranty and they should just go straight to the lowest interest rate versus the reveal of a lower rate to sell the warranty. Other than that it was efficient and painless relatively. The new dealership building is nice though customer parking is a little challenging. Parts department was great as well. iGood job Serramonte Team, especially David and Rodell. More

After an hour I was contacted by David M who let me know they had some vehicles that fit what I was looking for. Once I was there the process was super quick. He didn't waste time showing me other cars and actually helped me narrow down my options to 2 cars. When it came to the payments and such he was able to give me a deal and I bought the car!
