As always with Shottenkirk- a 5 Star performance. Made appointment to get recalls done, parts were on time, dropped truck off & received a call from them it was done, quicker than I expected. Even called before my appt date & asked to get an oil change & inspection included with the recalls, no problem. You always get a record of your service & what was found & what is recommended. You can then decide for yourself if you want to do it or have them do it. Doesn't get much easier than this. More

They lie like a son of a xxxxx. Tell their customers their trade in vehicle isn't worth what it is. Won't show you the same value from the site they use to sell there vehicles when Tell their customers their trade in vehicle isn't worth what it is. Won't show you the same value from the site they use to sell there vehicles when you ask them to book your vehicle on the same site as they do theirs. They won't do it. Sales people are stupid I was looking at a diesel truck asked the sales guy where the DEF went in said it didn't take DEF. But you fill the DEF under the hood. How can you have people selling vehicles and have no xxxxing clue about the vehicle. Lied about what they were going to ask out of my trade. This will be the last vehicle I buy from your dealership and will spread the word about there service More
