My salesman Jeff Bennett was awesome. I had a problem with the price of the car after I bought it because KBB was saying my car was worth $5,000 less than what I purchased it for. Jeff went above and beyond and went to the same website and found that my car was actually valued more than what I purchased it for. Employees like this are hard to be found or replaced because they go the extra mile. They're what keeps customers satisfied and word of mouth going positively through the community. I'm glad that Jeff was recommended to me and he did a killer job. Being a single woman in a new town it's hard to trust people especially car dealers haha. We had our mirrors replaced with larger ones so we can safely pull our travel trailer. The parts department ordered the mirrors promptly (although we thought the mirrors would slide in and out), they were safely pull our travel trailer. We are pleased with the process. The only additional request would be for service to clean the mirrors. I drove home with finger smudges on the mirrors. Also, if the techno’s going to flip back the center console, please remove the few items from it. More
