The dealership is fine. It is the service department that I had an issue with. I had an appointment to have the oil changed on our new 2022 truck. There were also a few small warranty issues that they were g I had an issue with. I had an appointment to have the oil changed on our new 2022 truck. There were also a few small warranty issues that they were going to check out at the same time. It turned out that all they checked were the warranty issues and failed to do the oil change. I now have to go back to have it done. Not sure what happened but someone dropped the ball on this. More

Dealt with Jeff as our salesman. Couldn't ask for a better experience. He was knowledgeable, polite, listened to what we were saying we wanted and didn't try to sell us something that wouldn't suit ar better experience.
