This was perhaps the best car-buying experience that I have had. Not that I do it that often, but historically, buying a car was right up there with getting a root canal. Not once did he try to push anything, and at the same time told us about everything that was available in the purchase. We had a bit of a snag with financing, but Jeff worked tirelessly with us and the finance manager, Julie Ramirez, until we got 'er done. These two jumped through hoops until it all landed right, and at $200+/mo LESS than when we started. These two were exceptionally flexible and empowered to just handle whatever came up. My sweetie and I walked away feeling truly taken care of. Seriously? At a car dealership? Yes, and if you want to feel that way, I recommend that you stop in here for your next purchase. We ended up with exactly the vehicle and all the stuff that we wanted. More
