I was pleased. They were able to get the truck in soon, to reflash the computer. A friend introduced me to Ed in the Parts Department and after speaking to him, They were able to get the truck in soon, to reflash the computer. A friend introduced me to Ed in the Parts Department and after speaking to him, I overcame my reluctance to take the truck to a dealer. that was due to my prior experience having been auto parts department manager for several years. He and the service folks were very helpful and I won’t hesitate to bring the truck back there, should it need dealership service again. Thanks to all! More
