I believe the used car we bought is basically sound, but they played dumb about providing their '150 point inspection' results, and it turns out the backup camera doesn't work and a couple other small thing they played dumb about providing their '150 point inspection' results, and it turns out the backup camera doesn't work and a couple other small things were broken. Yep, our fault, we should not have trusted Sloane. We took comfort in the 3 month warranty that came with the car - that turns out to cover nothing except essential systems. I mean, yes, better than buying from some guy on the corner, but not quite the security we were promised. A lot of those details were glossed over too. Buyer beware, get your own person to check out the car. Given the lack of warranty coverage and the broken items, I am less satisfied than I was when I drove it home. However, the car made its first 400 mile trip with flying colors, and that's the most important thing. More

Alex Jackson was the sales representative who guided me through the vehicle purchase; and the first thing that I want to note in this review is what Alex did NOT do ... he never tried to "up-sell" me a more expensive Camry then the model that I was interested in; as a matter of fact, Alex never tried to sell me a car at all. Instead, he LISTENED to me; he answered my questions; he provided usefull information that helped me make an informed purchase; he updated me regularly throughout the vehicle's assembly and delivery; he managed the flow of all of the paper work required to make the purchase; and he helped me set the car up on the day that I drove it off the Sloane lot. I am very happy with my new Camry LE and I recommend Sloane Toyota of Glenside to anyone who is interested in buying a Toyota. More
