We had a great experience with Rob Fox helping us with the purchase of a new Camry. He went over all the features and helped make the entire experience easy. He is not pushy at all and when I said I wan the purchase of a new Camry. He went over all the features and helped make the entire experience easy. Disappointed that an oil change & tire rotation (part of a pre-purchased service plan no less) took 2 hrs to complete. I had the earliest appt, was the 1st Customer to check in and still had to wait 2 hrs. a pre-purchased service plan no less) took 2 hrs to complete.
