I did some research on Sloane's website about their Preowned Vehicles and found one I was interested in. I was greeted nicely upon entering the building and introduced to Leo who would be my saleman. He listened to what I wanted and assisted me in making my purchase. I test drove 2 different RAV4s and was pleased with both. I decided on the one I found on the website because it had the 7 year/100,00 miles warranty. I appreciated the time that was given to me and that things were explained both with Leo and the finance manager. Thank you for your help today! More

Biggest scam I was at the dealership a week ago and explained my price and my story and was very detailed in what I want and need. The manager was involved and he I was at the dealership a week ago and explained my price and my story and was very detailed in what I want and need. The manager was involved and he gave me my price but it was missing a very important feature that was very important to me. The salesman was nice and explained that he couldn't match my price for the car I wanted and I walked away. A few days later he wrote me an email and said that I can come back and they will work with me at the price and the features I needed. We set an appointment. The salesman wasn't available at the time we set but someone else came to help, I explained my story again and they verified with the previous salesman so we went on a test drive since the number were settled. After the test drive the manager comes back and brings me a whole different price. Needless to say that I was shocked, and felt disrespected, I have all their promises on emails and they couldn't keep their word, I am glad I didn't take a car from someone who can't keep a word. Such a waste of time! More
