Fun and easy!! The minute we walked into the dealership Leo greeted us with smiles and a warm handshake. During the drive, Leo was able to point out features we may have missed and was quick with a joke making the ride feel much less awkward than other test drives I've taken. Back at the dealership he immediately gave my husband, and I space to discuss the car in private without hovering nearby which allowed us to talk candidly. Leo was informative, friendly, honest and thorough making our car buying experience a dream. He was even understanding of our desire to see another car at a different dealership before making our final decision - absolutely zero pressure!! I would definitely recommend Leo to anyone looking to buy a car in the Glenside area. More

Three Cheers for Rob @ Sloane This review may be a bit lengthy bit I encourage you to stay with it and read it through. I have been going to Sloane for about (12) years now. In This review may be a bit lengthy bit I encourage you to stay with it and read it through. I have been going to Sloane for about (12) years now. In that time I have purchased in the following order: a used Tundra, a new Corolla, a new Tundra, another used Tundra, a used Yaris and a used 4 Runner and now a brand new 2019 Rav4.. There are several reasons why I keep coming back but I have to say the Rob Foxx is my primary reason for doing so. First off, he's close to my age so we relate to each other coming from the same generation and for me that's really important. We speak together in a very sober minded practical way. We both have daughters so safety is certainly the TOP priority. Secondly; he's just a down to earth guy, no hard pressure, good listener and knows at just the right moment when to interject and make a suggestion. A suggestion that makes you sit up and take notice. Third; he's honest and has integrity and I'm sure that's important for all of us. If he was to leave there, I would be extremely disappointed and hard pressed not to follow him in-spite of the great service that Sloane has always provided me. I was in there on Saturday April 13th, 2019 as a result of a phone call a couple of days earlier from someone at Sloane telling me that they wanted my 4 Runner. The offer was attractive enough that I informed them that I would stop by and see what they could do. Rob was with someone when I arrived but it only took a few minutes before he was able to see me. I went in looking for a new Tacoma but I needed all of the safety features that Toyota would have available. When i couldn't find anything, Rob suggested the Rav4. Just as we were passing one he suggested that i take it for a spin. When we drove off the lot, I was HOOKED. I bought the Rav4 we drove in Luna color because when your driving, the color blends in to the road color so all you see is what is in front of you and you're not distracted by the color of the vehicle. I have never liked a vehicle more than I do this one. It has all of the feature I wanted and then some. We made the deal and now for the last (4) days i have been driving this vehicle, feeling safer than I ever have and getting great fuel economy. If your looking for a new or used car and you DO NOT take some time to talk with Rob @ Sloane you're making, what I would consider is a BIG mistake.
